I'm a little late with my update this week but better late than never! I have done really well this week and I am proud of myself. I have keep up drinking my water, only having 2 cups of Pepsi each day and I have to say Thursday I didn't drink ANY!!!!!!!!!!! I did exercise finally not much but some! This is a Small and Simple Challenge ;) I must say that I am happy with the overall process so far! I feel better and I am really thinking a lot more about what goes into my body. I am trying to cut out as many processed foods as I can this week. I cook a lot and I am going to try to tackle this, while still staying on my other goals. The hardest part has been the night time snacks and I have to admit I am not really thinking about them as much as in week 2 and 3.

Hooray, glad you posted! I leave the linky open all week because sometimes you just can't get something posted that exact day - I know I can't always...LOL. Sounds like a good week. I know what you mean about thinking more about what goes into your body, I notice now what I'm eating. It's good, because even if I'm eating something less than healthy, I am conciously making the choice now, instead of just mindlessly eating and snacking. Keep up the good work!
