Weekly Wrap Up 34

This week was more normal for us. Not a lot of running had to be done - THANKFULLY!!! This week we went to coop Tuesday. Wednesday we took a trip out of town after lunch time(school was finished), We took DD to Build a Bear to finish up her money from Christmas. We had fun exploring and looking around too. We made it to the library this week. It was amazing to say we hadn't been in 2 weeks!!! That's a long time for us not to go! We picked up books on Robots (we will be working on DNG Rockin Robots next week), Owls and Praying Mantis. Today is just a lazy day after school is complete. Saturday we will be going on a youth trip to Lazy 5 Ranch. I hope all of us have a safe and fun trip.

Overall this week was really fun. Next week we will be getting family pictures made Monday. We well I am so very excited about this. I have wanted to do this for a long while and finally the right timing took place! I can't wait for this! We only have 2 more weeks of  homeschool coop. DH has 1 more week of school left. I will be so happy when the kids and I don't have to fight for his time. He will be going to work and coming home! No worries about school work or deadlines or going back and forth to school from work. He can just come home. We are still praying about our move. So please join us in that!

I am having issues with DS1's science. I think it must be to challenging. I am going to give it another week and if he doesn't seem to be "getting" it I will stop using the EM Daily Science at this point. I've been looking in to R.E.A.L. Science Odyssey from Pandia Press thinking it would be something we could all do together. I also wanted to try to explore Apologia once again. I know 2 years ago I hated it. Sorry just saying, I know so many other homeschoolers love love love it... Well in our home we didn't so much!

I'm also looking for something to add to DS2 daily routine. I feel he needs something more. I'm hoping to figure that out in the next week or so. I would like it to be something to do on his own however at his little age I always normally have to help. Remember he's in first grade so if you have an helpful advice throw it over my way!!

Me news ~ I was asked to join The TOS Crew!! I am so excited!
