Dorito's Chicken Casserole Recipe

This was first saw on Facebook and with the love of one meal wonders, I was drawn to it.

Dorito's Chicken Casserole Recipe

Here is the recipe the way I altered it for my family to enjoy best.

2 cups chicken
2 cups blended cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
   1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can Ro-tel Tomatoes (Aldi's off brand is so great)
  1 package of Taco Seasoning
1 large bag of Doritos

Mix everything together EXCEPT the chips. Crush the chips in the bag and place a layer of chips on the bottom of the dish. Layer a chicken layer and then chips once more until you can't repeat then top with cheese and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

We topped with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms. This is what we had on hand and my kids love Mexican dishes so we also had more sour cream on top.

This was great. I actually think I will attempt to make a hamburger one this way using Cream Of Mushroom Soup.

Kyle also enjoyed a PKU version of the dish. The difference was the chicken and cheese was PKU instead of normal.

The kids graded it an A+.
