Meatball Casserole Recipe

I love one dish wonders. I have been named the "Casserole Queen" by many people. That name really cracks me up!

This meal came to me one evening while scrolling around for some ideas for those days you just want to hurry and cook... Slap it together and go finish playing or doing school :(

My kids love eating and I love to give them something good. This recipe has been changed a few times but this is about what gets made each time.

1 package of frozen garlic or cheese bread cut up into cubes.
1/2 cup mayo
1 package of cream cheese
1 jar of tomato sauce
1 package of meatballs
Shredded cheese

I place a small amount of sauce on the bottom just to coat the pan, then add in the cubes of bread. In a separate dish combine the mayo and cream cheese and mix together with the tomato sauce. I then add in the meatballs. Pour the mixture over the meatballs and top with cheese. You will need about 40 minutes of cooking at 350.
