Tomorrow is our first day back in school for our 2013/2014 school year. The kids have been enjoying our 2 week break! After all it's the end of summer.
We have been very busy the last few days enjoying some of our final summer plans!
Here the kids are playing the new review item we recieved - The Presidential Game! Review will come soon.
She has re-discovered her Lite Brite. She has been making some great pictures every day and having it glow in her room at night. Love it.
Kevin was off all last week and we really enjoyed his vacation while we where on vacation too! We didn't go away on vacation but stayed home and done lots of things close. Kyle is helping Daddy fix electrical outlets.
Lazy for a few hours. That's what a vacation is all about.
We went for the last time to the Splash Pad in town. The weather will not be suitable for much longer and since we don't go into town often I assume this will be the last time.
Daddy and the boys worked hard Friday helping Grandpa take down a building and with their hard work we treated them to one of their favorite places to go - Golden Corral. Lexi takes after her Daddy so much. Can you say Chocolate?
Enjoying some lazy time together!
We went to the High Country Praise Festival Sunday evening and this was a few of the pictures I took. Above Lexi is hiding under the pull over playing a game system, with her owl pillow and blanket. Can you tell she took the house with her?
7 Miles - We loved seeing them again.
Waiting on a speaker to come out and speak I snapped a picture! Oh and the speaker was RV Brown - Tim Tebow's Chaplin! The kids where excited.
Last year we saw Chris August & Side Walk Prophets and this year was Sanctus Real! We truly have enjoyed this Festival however we learned that this one would be the last. We left very sad but had a great time Praising as a family!
All 3 of them crammed in my bed??? They where watching T.V.
I'm ready for the new school year. I am excited to start some of our new items together. Each year I am amazed at how great my kids are and I'm positive this year will be no different.
I am hoping that I do well managing Mattie along with my crew. She is eager to learn and play and I hope the area I have set up for her will help us stay on track.
And last but not least I am keeping my cousin's baby girl a few times. I keep her tomorrow for our first day of school and am suppose to have Mattie so pray all goes well. When I start school I do it right - lol!
Isn't she gorgeous?
Have a great week!
Have you started school back?
If so, how's it going for you?

Looks like a great way to end the summer!
