The secret is out, October is my favorite time of year. I love the weather, crisp air, bonfires, cider, apple/pumpkin everything and pullovers.
If your searching for some apple or pumpkin items to spice up your home you really should try our candles! You will not be disappointed.
Another thing awesome about October is it is Dyslexia Awareness month. My smallest son is dyslexic and it has been a true battle the last 2 years. He has battled against himself, me, family members and even the therapist that helped us.
Dyslexia is hard, yeah may not have dyslexia but I know it is hard. I see it daily. I live with it and I cry with it and I see how hard he tries so yes I can say with 100% I T - I S - H A R D.
My dyslexic son is 10 we knew from age 7 that something probably wasn't right but was going to give him space because children are different and I never want to put them in a certain criteria. Last year we really started getting concerned and turn to some testing. For a whole year now we have tried hard, it has took a lot of time and patience and more patience. He is making improvements thank God. I pray for his dyslexia often.
Here are all of my blog posts about Dyslexia.
