Parmesan Broiled Tilapia { RECIPE }

I ran across this recipe on Pinterest, so of course I had to try it out!
 Credit goes to SpendingWithPennies because like I said it was a Pinterest find!

Awesome recipe! Loved it and it pleased everyone and my kids asked for it again soon!

It is a very fast recipe, I believe it took less than 10 minutes from start to finish.

I had Tilapia from Aldi and left in my fridge over night to thaw.

Once I was ready for supper I whipped out a small bowl and added these items together:

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/8 cup butter
1 1/2 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp lemon juice

I had to adjust the rack in my stove to get it closest to the broiler and I allowed it to heat up just a few minutes while I was prepping all this.

I lined my pan just because it makes for easy clean up!

I laid the fish on the pan and broiled for about 3 minutes.

Removed them from the oven and flipped NOW you add your mixture to the fish and place back in the oven for another 3-4 minutes.

I will be very honest... Country Girl coming out party { I have never had broiled fish before this } so no judging! I loved it. I served it with roasted potatoes and some green beans, neat time maybe some roasted carrots and corn?
