Egg Muffin { RECIPE }


I don't want to start out by saying this recipe is for breakfast because my family has mainly ate them for supper! 

These are very yummy and easy to make.



Egg Muffin Breakfast Recipe:

8 large eggs
1 cup egg whites or just add 4 more eggs
3/4 cup seasoning blend ( frozen onions, peppers)
1 & 1/2 cheese
meat of choice (we have used sausage, bacon and ham) 
salt and pepper

Preheat your oven to 350

Mix all your eggs and whisk together until combined well.

Add all ingredients into the eggs.

Spray your muffin tins.

Add 1/4 cup to each hole.

Cook for 25 minutes.

Enjoy! 

Simple easy - yet wholesome for your family.

We have had this several times since being introduced to a similar recipe while doing Trim Healthy Mama.

We have enjoyed many variations of this too. 

My personal favorite is with sausage.

This is a quick and easy meal for those busy evenings with the family but rest assured you can still give them something that is good for them while in a hurry!
